Everyone’s sensitivity to karmic work varies. About 5% experience no to minimal notice of shifts in the moment of healing and experience shifts in the coming weeks to months (I have yet to see a person not experience radical shifts by this point!)

The more you do, the more you will see changes in your life take place.
About 40% experience some physical responses, visions, colors, feelings. About 55% experience incredible release during the clearing process which can include the feeling of something leaving your body or the most incredible release of tears different than a normal cry.
Those who are most sensitive report intense visuals as these leave as well as sensations within the body of release.

I’ve also heard clients report a feeling of peace they have never had. 100% report feeling lighter than ever, some report initial and short fatigue as you integrate, some report incredible focus. These are the short term effects.

After this comes an integration period, the first shifts come with dramatic changes in thought, previous triggers, reactions, responses,- and over time, radical life CHANGE and unlocking the life you desire once enough of the right pieces of the puzzle are hit.
