During my second reiki attunement (I am now a Reiki Master,) I was told that my throat chakra and third eye were unusually connected. This isn’t a shock to me. Long before I knew I was a healer, I sang with the intent of wanting people to feel. This was, and still is, my main goal when I sing. Once I became attuned as a reiki practitioner, this escalated to a whole new level. When I take the time to tune in intuitively and connect my energy to the ground and open my third eye and then begin to sing, it is a completely different experience. Every sound healing file was made while giving reiki and connecting to my energy with the intention that everyone who hears it will receive healing. Some of the sound healing files are improvisations that came from exactly this and letting it flow naturally, and others are sanskrit mantras. Sanskrit mantras which date back to Vedic times, created by sages and and practitioners of early Hinduism and Buddhism. They are said to be particularly sacred because of the sounds and syllables in this ancient language. These are especially powerful since they were passed down to me from my guru, and they are said to be even more effective when passed down in a lineage.

I’m so glad you asked! This is hands down, the most important key to everything. Everyday we choose how we react to others, our internal script that we tell ourselves on a daily basis, and the vibration that we emit to the world. Everyday we choose how the past effects us, how the present shapes us, and what we think of for the future. If we are, for example, in a low place, and (for example) emitting the consistent vibration of desperation, greed, and sadness that comes from a feeling of loss then what would you assume the Universe would bring us? These are all examples of a low vibration that will attract MORE of the same. Have you ever considered why when you are down (consistently), more awful things tend to happen? This works the same. The law of attraction works whether we believe it does or not. However, have you ever been in the presence of someone who just seems to glow and radiate joy and their world around them is just as beautiful? Doesn’t this also mean that someone who lives regularly with a low vibration (think of the person who is often filled with doubt and fear), and a life that isn’t everything they want, can CHANGE the way they feel on the inside and then HAVE the life they have always dreamed of? YES. 1000% yes!!

As a professional singer, I would consider myself a sound expert. I have teamed up with a sound engineer/composer (Andy Sorenson) who wrote all of the music for every meditation, affirmation, and sound healing file. For this reason, I believe the quality of these files to be extremely high. We believe the details are important, and for this reason, the musical key of each sound file pairs with the associated chakra that each file is specifically designed to help. Additionally, every meditation and affirmation file is paired with binaural beats that are specific to what the file is working on. For example, part I of the “Fighting Inner Demons” meditation is paired with 6Hz to access long term memory, but part II is paired with 6.15Hz which is associated with heart healing to cleanse the work from part one.

Reiki can help everyone. How much it helps will depend on the depth of the issue and the frequency of sessions. You absolutely do not have to believe in it or understand it to benefit from Reiki. During my first few reiki sessions, I didn’t believe in it either! I never personally would have sought it out had a Reiki Master not offered to help me and insisted it would help me feel better. However, after a few sessions I began to realize that when my stomach aches would go away after receiving reiki, it wasn’t a coincidence. When I was able to fight off multiple bugs that i thought FOR SURE I would be down for the count from, I could not call it a coincidence. I went to my own healers for a variety of innerwork and began to see myself change in a slow but steady way, and consequently, my life also changed, and i could also no longer call that a coincidence.
